Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 5 - 8 business days, in addition it takes about 3 days to process the order.  However, you may receive your items much earlier.

Tracking information

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! if your track number does not show withing 6 days please contact us at support@chicporterlondon.com

 Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
